Info | Dolcissimo is a seedling out of pycnophylla started in 2006. In recent years it has really caught my attention with its flowy form, excellent growth rate and gentle wavy leaf edges that just hint at the nice white backs. The leaf and overall clump form give the impression of 'movement' in the garden. The name Dolcissimo is a musical term that means to play softly and sweetly (thank you to my daughter Nicole, a music major, for the suggestion). It does produce seed pods. |
