| Info | PP24009. Very striking and fully tetraploid form of H. 'First Frost'. Unbelievably thick blue leaves have a very wide feathered creamy-yellow border. Named for the brother of Paul Vernooij from Holland who died of cancer recently and a donation will be made to the Cancer Foundation for each plant sold. Large lavender flowers. 'Ben Vernooij' differs from 'Autumn Frost' in that the leaves are thicker. Grows a bit slower than the parent. |
