This is a tissue culture sport of 'Sergeant Pepper' found by Jim Anderson at Winterberry Farms, named and introduced by us. This plant has green leaves with a white margin.
The parentage of the plant is not obvious because the leaf has a normal size margin rather than the very wide margin and narrow center of 'Sergeant Pepper'.
