Info | Unruly blue-green foliage. Just like its name, a fully grown 'Blue Lettuce' appears to be a large bowl of lettuce! Technically it is edible, but not recommended for general consumption. In the garden (its better usage) it becomes a medium-large mound of unruly, corrugated, thick, blue-green foliage. |
