Info | Forms a slightly upright mound measuring about 30" wide and 10-12" tall. The red petioles launch the rippled, glossy green leaves skyward. The red color also travels about 1/3 of the way up both the front and back of the center veins of the leaves. The plant has set a few pods, but it blooms from mid-September into October, so Bev and Dave have not done much hybridizing with it. |
