The stable form of H. 'Josephine'. Leaves are very glossy with heavy substance, dark green and heart-shaped. They emerge with a wide yellow margin which later turns white. Fertile lavender flowers are borne above the foliage in July. Outstanding in color and form. Plant was tissue cultured by Mark Zilis in 1991.

This is one of the most popular hostas from Ohio breeder Bob Kuk. The dark glossy green oblong foliage is surrounded by a golden edge that brightens to cream as the season progresses. The 20" wide clumps are topped with dark lavender flowers in late spring on 26" scapes.
