Info | Named for a co-worker to honor Sandy Pankow's retirement. This is a whimsical cross between 'Beatrice' and hypoleuca. When involving 'Beatrice' anything can happen. In this case a ground hugging roundish light green leaf is irregularly streaked with a soft yellow that changes to a soft off white. The leaf shape is reminiscent of a tiara which it is not related to in any way. A bit of light is always recommended for the irregularly variagated. So far, 'Ganny Sandy' is relatively slow to stabilize. |
